  13. The considerably delayed March 1995 issue of the Journal of C Language
  14. Translation, which I publish in the few minutes of the day I don't
  15. spend moderating comp.compilers, has finally been published.  The
  16. table of contents is reproduced below.

  18. The JCLT is a quarterly journal covering topics of interest to C and
  19. C++ implementors.  Subscriptions cost money; see http://jclt.com for
  20. details.

  22. The next issue, Vol 6, No 4, which I hope to publish around the
  23. beginning of April, will almost certainly be the last unless I get a
  24. flood of submissions.  The number of articles submitted (other than by
  25. the regular columnists) for publication during the past year has
  26. dwindled nearly to zero, and lacking material, there's not much point
  27. in trying to publish.  This was a surprise to me, since I'd expected
  28. interest to pick up as work on the next version of the C standard
  29. picks up.
